Congratulations! 3 UMY Study Programs Passed the 2nd Year PK-KM Grant Funding

Yogyakarta (15/6) – Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) has once again received a proud achievement with the passage of the 2nd Year Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PK-KM) grant fund organized by Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi. The notification was notified by letter on (13/6). UMY successfully passed 3 Study Programs (Prodi). Study programs that successfully passed the PK-KM included Government Science Study Program (Prodi IP UMY) with program coordinator Sakir Ridho Wijaya, S.IP., M.IP, International Relations Study Program (Prodi HI UMY) with program coordinator Drs. Bambang Wahyu Nugroho, M.A., and the English Education Study Program (Prodi PBI UMY) with program coordinator Dr. Suryanto, S.Pd., M.H.Sc., MCE, CIQnR, CIQar.
In the future, the 3 Study Programs that have been declared suitable for investment will be used for programs designed when they have grant funds by PK-KM to complete the mandate given by the Directorate General of Higher Education. With this PK-KM, UMY can be encouraged, facilitated and trigger universities to implement the Independent Campus policy and achieve 8 (eight) Main Performance Indicators.
In addition, passing the 3 Study Programs that received PK-KM grants, can help to support positive activities or increase the capacity of students and lecturers. Thorough preparation is certainly the main capital for the 3 Study Programs to get maximum results and can absorb and carry out 100% of the activities that have been designed. (ARP)
