Yogyakarta (14/9) – The world of work requires non-technical or soft skills in addition to technical skills (hard skills) that students must possess. In addition, during the period of industrial revolution 4.0, the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Ditjen Dikti Kemendikbud) stated that non-technical skills have become the fundamental capital for university graduates entering the workforce.
