The first day of IGOPss outing, we visited ARTJOG and Napaktilas Muhammadiyah.
ARTJOG is a contemporary art exhibition that is held annually in the city of Yogyakarta and usually lasts for a whole month.
In addition, we also visited Napak Tilas Muhammadiyah, whose goal was to trace the struggle of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, as the founder of one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia, Muhammadiyah.
ARTJOG was chosen because it raised issues of humanity such as Depression Awareness, Mental Health Issues, etc. Likewise, Napak Tilas Muhammadiyah MinGOV hopes that IGOPss participants can see that even though Indonesia is the largest muslim country, it can still coexist with art.
