Yogyakarta (12/4) – Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan Universitas Yogyakarta (Prodi IP UMY) is believed to be the organizer of the 2022 “Program Kompetisi Kampus Merdeka” (PKKM) in Year 2. On Monday, April 11, 2022, the “Socialization of PKKM Grants” event was held through Zoom Meeting. This event was opened by Prof. Dr. Ir. Sukamta, ST., MT., IPM as the advisor at PKKM UMY continued with the presentation of material by Prof. Dr. Dyah Mutiarin, S.IP., M.Si as the director of PKKM UMY.
PKKM Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi seeks to encourage, facilitate, and accelerate universities in implementing the Merdeka Campus policy and achieving the 8 (eight) Main Performance Indicators (IKU) by designing a competition program that is packaged in the PK-KM. This program is designed in 3 (three) schemes where State Universities (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS) can compete healthily according to the rules in each scheme.
The program “Socialization of PKKM Grants” aims to invite existing study programs at UMY to participate in PKKM UMY, providing PKKM proposal templates and notification of activity timelines so that study programs who wish to submit proposals do not exceed the given time limit. there are already 3 study programs that continue and pass the 2021 PKKM, namely the Government Science study program, the International Relations Study Program, and the English Education study program.
Hoped that the study programs at UMY could participate and submit their proposals in the 2022 PKKM. The due date for submitting the final proposal to the university PKKM team on April 18, 2022 (ARP).
