Look into the crime rates, political stability, and any travel advisories issued for the country to assess the level of safety.

Finances

When considering studying abroad, it’s worth considering your financial alternatives. Evaluate your financial options and determine if the cost of living, tuition fees, and other expenses are feasible for your budget. Explore opportunities such as scholarships, grants, or part-time work to support your financial needs while studying abroad.

Course Content

This is the most crucial factor to take into account. Ensuring that the reading assignments and evaluation criteria align with your chosen teaching method is essential. Things That Hamper the Development of IGOVers

Many things hinder the journey toward our goals and targets. Some of these things sound trivial and are often present unconsciously in our lives. If we allow this, it will damage our process toward our dreams over time. What are these things? Let’s look at the points below:

  1. Insecure With Other People’s Achievements > Focus on Our Process
Everyone has their own goals, vision, and mission. Of course, the process will be different. It is inappropriate to compare what we have with what others have. So, focus on what we do and be grateful for what we did!
  2. Oversharing > Better to keep it Our Secret Goal
Having a plan or goal sometimes makes us big-headed and wants to convey it to everyone. So, we should keep our goals secret because telling the specifics of our dreams is the same as giving others more expectations about our plans.
  3. Overthinking > Do it or Leave it
Overthinking comes from our thoughts about all the bad possibilities. Whereas in reality, it’s not as bad as we think. Don’t let us fight with our minds while others are in the process of getting better. Therefore, do it now or leave it, then enjoy the process!
