The University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta held the 3rd Graduation Day for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

YOGYAKARTA (8/3). Graduation is the final process of academic activities at a tertiary institution. The inauguration of a graduate as a scholar does not define that a person has finished the learning process. Instead, a bachelor’s degree is a new round of learning by joining the natural environment and implementing the knowledge and experience in the community.

As one of the agendas in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) holds graduations for Vocational, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate programs. The graduation ceremony was held on Wednesday (8/3) at the UMY Sportorium. The event was well organized, from 07.00 until 11.00, and 302 participants from various education departments attended it. Six IGOV students, consisting of the 2017 and 2018 batches, carried out the graduation, including Fitra Aini Ramadhani, Agung Muhammad Arasy, Nadira Rizkynia Melanie, Raihan Dwipriandi, Farhan Fansuri Maswi.

The graduation, the third period in the 2022/2023 academic year, is divided into two sessions. The first session was graduation for the Economics and Business, Agriculture, Dentistry, Medicine and Health Sciences, and Language Education faculties. The second session will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023. It will be attended by graduation participants from the faculties of Social and Political Sciences, Islamic Religion, Engineering, Vocational Studies, Law, and the Postgraduate program.
