Students Exchange IGOV Students in Various Countries

After conducting a student exchange, several IGOV students shared various very memorable experiences. Reviewing the motivation that prompted them to go to Students exchange, Salsa, an IGOV student class of 2021, revealed that he wanted to prove how difficult and strict the educational curriculum system there was. Apart from that, he said his interest in Korea made him very motivated to do Students Exchange at Dong-A University.

Carrying out student exchange programs in various countries provides IGOV students with broad exposure to develop their potential and develop healthy competition in the academic environment. Riza said that the very supportive academic environment at Khon Kaen University made her very inspired to be able to continue her master’s degree in Thailand. “Even the lecturer there said, ‘Don’t delete my number, later I will give you recommendations for further campuses,” said Rizza, repeating the words of the lecturer there. According to him, the lecture atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly, making him happy with yesterday’s student exchange. He also added that the lecturers were very friendly, which was a plus for students who wanted to study there.

Students exchange activities have become a mandatory requirement for every international class student. Student exchange offers an international experience so some preparations must be prepared well in advance, because there are many documents that must be completed and updated. Apart from that, English language skills must also be improved as proof that students are ready to undertake this program. Kevin said that he had made a lot of preparations before registering exchange students long ago, including selecting the destination campus for exchange students to University Sains Malaysia (USM). The choice of USM Malaysia was due to the university’s ranking in the top 10 best campuses in Southeast Asia. Kevin said “It’s a privilege to be able to do a student exchange at USM, because the students don’t only come from Asia, there are also many from Europe.” Apart from that, exchange students really develop their international exposure so that in the future IGOV students can exist and be useful in all aspects of international life.
