Without it, the destination university wouldn’t know what are your purpose to study there, or what are you going to do while studying there. 1. Not Attractive
Writing a motivation letter needs to be attractive so that the reader is attracted to your purpose of studying there. Because if you write it unattractively, your actual purpose wouldn’t be well conveyed. The motivation letter must contain your reason to study there, what are your purposes, what are your activities during study there, what are you going to do after graduation, etc. If all of them are not conveyed with interesting reasons, the reader(s) wouldn’t be interested in your letter.
2. Nothing Special
Writing a motivation letter needs to be made about our specialty so that be the difference between you and the other enrollment. Every person has their own skills, which is why they have their own advantages. Those advantages of every people make them special. If you write less about your advantages, therefore readers would think yourself less special.
3. Does Not Show Self Value
In writing a motivation letter, as we write a CV, you must show the values that you have. The values written are what can be useful in the future. Write down important things that you think are useful, don’t write down things that are not really important so you don’t beat around the bush.
4. Not Using Correct Language
It means less correct grammar, incorrect punctuation marks, disconnected sentences, and using convoluted words or sentences. These things are very important to pay attention to in terms of writing so that readers can easily understand the contents of your writing. If you don’t pay attention to it, the readers would misunderstand your writing.
